Cherry juice is a powerful drink, because it has so many minerals. It will make human body more alkaline by neutralizing acid waste in the blood, in the lymph liquid and wherever it goes.

A lot of people of not realize that gout is a form of arthritis. Gout is caused by a build-up of a waste product, uric acid, in the bloodstream.

Uric acid is one of the body’s waste products. It was suggest that drinking black cherry juice everyday can help neutralize the nucleic acid and reduce the pain.

Studies show that people with gout who consumed the cherry diet daily had no attacks of gout, and their blood levels of uric acid were reduced to normal. A number of patients reported greater freedom of movement in finger and toe joints.

A 2003 United States Department of Agriculture study of 10 healthy women showed that they excreted more urate crystals in their urine and their blood levels of urate dropped significantly after consuming 2 servings of cherries.


The mechanism by which cherries and cherry juice concentrate prevent gout attack is still unclear but is related to its potentially anti-inflammatory properties.
